Job Responsibilities:
- To Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product
- To Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- To answer clients questions regarding construction work, financing
- Maintaining proper records of calls, site visits, and meetings.
- Update Google sheets regarding follows ups, meetings, site visits on a daily basis.
